Brilliant experience for kids and those who love animals. Very hands on and close to the animals. We did the pig walking and loved it. The ladies were very friendly and informative. They have a little coffee area to purchase coffee and cake. Would recommend.
Simply a wonderful place for all ages. We took my mother-in-law and sister-in-law for a Christmas present to walk the Donkeys and see the animals and we had a brilliant morning. The animals are free to roam around the orchard with just a small group of visitors and we were given food on arrival for the various residents. This made it a truly unique and personal experience, and we really enjoyed meeting all the animals (my personal favourites had to be cheeky Duke the donkey and Teddy the alpaca). The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly for hot and cold days alike, the hot chocolate is unmissable! We can't recommend Huckleberry Woods enough and will certainly be returning with more family and friends.
Had a great time walking Mr Darcy and Rodney trotters. But walking pigs was just a small part of the fun.
They had the tamest sheep I've ever met, more like golden retrievers.
Mischievous miniature donkeys.
Friendly but greedy alpacas.
Cute mini goats with the zoomies.
And of course all the lovely chickens, ducks and turkeys.
Interacting with and feeding the animals made for a great morning. And the staff are incredibly helpful, telling us about the various animals' personalities and back stories

Fantastic experience lovely members of staff very welcoming and friendly. Also lovely that they keep the numbers to a max of 30 so it's not crowded. Loved all the animals especially Wizard and Duke the donkeys we took for a walk - or should that be who took us for a walk. Thanks Poppy (hope I got your name right!) for all the info, being our guide and showing us Wizards lovely hat collection.
Would recommend this as a lovely morning or afternoon outing for people of any age. Worthwhile just to see Dukes lovely smile!
What a fantastic little farm!
The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and great with young children as well.
We opted for a sheep walking experience for our niece and nephew and they loved it!
A variety of animals at the farm which are all super friendly (when you have food!) I’d recommend purchasing the animal feed to enhance the experience.
The cafe was nice, reasonably priced with a good selection of drinks, food and ice cream!

Just visited Huckleberry Woods for a birthday treat and it was absolutely fantastic. All of the staff, and in particular the owners were warm, friendly and very accomodating.
We done the sheep walking experience and it was a right blast.
The venue itself feels magical and so serene.
Honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had as a family.
*I would recommend buying some animal feed, and DEFINATELY take part in the walking of the animals. So much fun, and they were all so friendly and calm.

What a little gem! My son had such a lovely time walking Lord Truffles the piggy. Lovely, friendly and knowledgable staff, beautiful setting and most importantly, happy and well looked after animals!
Because the animals are happy and their welfare is put first, it was really noticeable how much more interactive they were to animals seen at busier and more ‘commercial’ farms/zoos.
We will definitely be visiting again.
We had the loveliest day at huckleberry woods.. the animals were adorable and friendly, the tea and cakes were yummy! We can’t wait to go back again! The ladies were very helpful an lovely too.
